Delivery Rules
NEWDelivery Rules automate the routing of your analyzed photos to web galleries, client folders, or external destinations. Set up rules once, and every analysis automatically delivers results to the right place.
How Delivery Rules Work
A Delivery Rule is a connection between an analysis output and a destination. When an analysis completes, RaceTagger checks your active delivery rules and automatically routes the matched photos according to your configuration. This eliminates the manual step of organizing and sending photos after every event.
📤 Source
Analysis results — filtered by sport category, specific presets, or participant matches.
🎯 Destination
Web galleries, organized folder structures, or project client folders.
Gallery Integration
Delivery Rules work hand-in-hand with RaceTagger's Gallery System. Create a web gallery for your event, then set up a delivery rule to automatically populate it with analyzed photos. Your clients get a shareable link with organized, tagged photos — no manual upload needed.
Projects & Clients
The Projects system lets you organize work by client, with a hierarchy of Client → Galleries → Photos. Delivery rules can target specific projects, making it easy to manage multi-client workflows from a single analysis batch.
Setting Up a Delivery Rule
Delivery rules are configured through the web platform at racetagger.cloud. The basic setup flow is:
- Create a Gallery or Project for your event/client
- Define a Delivery Rule specifying which analysis results should be routed
- Run your analysis in the desktop app as usual
- Results are automatically delivered to the configured destination
Early Access: Delivery Rules, Galleries, and Projects are currently in early access and being rolled out progressively. If you're interested in using these features, contact info@racetagger.cloud to request access.
